– To be 18 years of age or above;
– To adhere to the principles, objectives, articles of association, and MCPO rules of procedure;
– The availability of honorable ethical behaviors, making it worthy of affiliation with MCPO
– The civil and political rights of the member;
– The member’s compliance with the bylaws, rules of procedure, and bylaws shall be reviewed.
– The member has fulfilled his or her obligation of engagement;
– the member has amended the information card with the consent of the founding chair;
