● Implementing decisions, directives, and recommendations of the General Assembly;
● Ensuring the Assembly’s proper functioning and respect of the application of the requirements of its bylaws and rules of procedure;
● Examining all the suggestions received by the members of the Assembly;
● Managing the Observatory`s finances and ensuring the Assembly of annual engagement duties and the preparation of the annual program and budget;
● Drafting the Assembly’s rules of procedure and submitting it to the General Assembly for ratification;
● Delegating temporary authority to one or more members to perform specific functions in space and time;
● Considering and reporting on all possible differences between the Assembly and its members and proposing the withdrawal of membership from any breach of the Assembly’s law;
● Commissions of MCPO can be as follows: Public Relations and Communication Committee, Legal Affairs Committee, Economic Affairs Committee, Social Affairs Committee, Environmental Affairs Committee, Health Affairs Committee, Competition Committee, Intellectual Property Committee, Digital Affairs Committee, Vocational Training Committee, Logistics committee , Activities Committee and Ethics Committee
● The Administrative Council may, without reference to the General Assembly, establish committees with temporary or permanent functions to be chaired by any qualified member.
